Access to this software application tool is for authorised users only, using their own log-on details and password.If you are not authorised you must contact the person within your organisation who is responsible for administering the Dr Foster accounts.They will be able to set up your access levels.

You must not provide your password to or share it with anyone else.

Authorised users may use this software application within the terms of the licence (available in My Dr Foster) and for legitimate business purposes only. The data contained within and extracted from this system is confidential and must only be disclosed to those with a legitimate business need. You must comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), other relevant codes of practice applicable to your business and/or your own in-house security policies. Data contained within this software application is subject to re-use permission; please refer to Dr Foster Data Licence acknowledgements (available in My Dr Foster) for further information. If you are in any way unsure you must seek the guidance of your Information Governance lead.
